Nothing Is Knitted Until It Is Paid For
The house holds no stock.
A run is cast on once the pieces in it are paid for, which is why the month a piece ships is on its page before you pay. Fall/Winter 2026–27 is delivered in January 2027.

Nothing Is Knitted Until It Is Paid For
A run is cast on once the pieces in it are paid for, which is why the month a piece ships is on its page before you pay. Fall/Winter 2026–27 is delivered in January 2027.
Choosing A Size
The size guide gives the finished measurement of every piece in centimetres, taken flat and unwashed, so a tape laid across the chest of a knit that already fits tells you more than a label can. Sizes run S to XXL; the scarf is one size.
The Free Size Exchange
The house sends the size you want instead, pays the carriage both ways, and the new piece carries the number the old one had.
Cancelling An Order
The whole amount goes back to the card that paid, within seven working days of the house agreeing it. After that the piece is being knitted for you, and the free size exchange is the way through instead.
Delivery
Nothing further is asked of you at the door.
If A Piece Is Not As It Should Be
Write as soon as you see it and send a photograph; the piece comes back at the house's cost and is replaced.
Care
Never a machine and never a tumble dryer, and folded rather than hung so the shoulders keep the line they were knitted with. Care & Repair has the rest of it.
These are the practical answers. What the house is bound to is written on the Terms page.
