What the house collects when you join the list, write to it or buy, why it is allowed to, and what you can ask it to do about it.
Frassino is responsible for the personal data described on this page. Write to legal@casafrassino.com about anything on it, and it is answered by the people who run the house.
When you join the list: your email. When you order: your name, email, delivery address, telephone, the pieces ordered and anything you write in the order notes. When you create an account: your email and a password, kept only as a hash and never readable by us.
Card details are entered on our pages and handled entirely by Stripe. They never reach our servers. We receive the outcome of the payment, the last four digits and the card brand.
To do what you asked: knit the piece, send it, exchange a size. To reply when you write to us. To keep the site working and secure. Your consent for the list and for measurement cookies, which you may withdraw whenever you like. And the records a seller has to keep for tax.
Supabase (database and accounts), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (pictures), Resend (email) and Anthropic (the concierge on the support page, which receives the question you type and nothing about your orders). Each acts on our instructions and on nobody else's. Some of them hold data outside the country you are in.
Order and payment records for as long as the tax rules require. The bound register of the numbered two hundred and fifty is kept permanently: it is the record of which piece is whose. Enquiries for two years after the last exchange. The list until you unsubscribe. Account details until you ask us to close the account. The concierge on the support page keeps what you tell it in a conversation, your size, a colour you prefer, a piece you asked about, so it can pick the thread up next time: for a year if you are a visitor, for as long as your account if you are a client, and it is erased with the account or the moment you ask.
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to stop a particular use of it, and ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent you may withdraw it at any time, which does not undo what was lawful before. Write to legal@casafrassino.com and we answer within one month.
No decision about you is made by a machine, and we do not profile you. The concierge on the support page answers questions; it decides nothing about your order and cannot see it.
Necessary cookies keep the bag and the account working. Measurement is loaded only if you accept it, and you can change that choice at any time on the cookie policy page.
