Terms
The terms the house sells on. They sit alongside the rights the law gives you as a buyer and never reduce them.
2.Prices
Prices are in United States dollars, in whole dollars, and they include the duties and taxes of bringing the piece into the country. The price shown is the price charged. The house does not discount: no sale, no code, no reduction for a first order, before the drop or after it.
3.Nothing Is Knitted Until It Is Paid For
Every piece is knitted after it has been paid for, in the size you chose. The month it ships is stated on the piece before you pay and again in your confirmation. Fall/Winter 2026–27 is delivered in January 2027.
4.The Numbered Two Hundred and Fifty
Fall/Winter 2026–27 is two hundred and fifty pieces. Each carries its number embroidered tone on tone inside the neck label, and the same number is entered by hand in a bound register beside the name of the person it went to. The scarf sits outside the two hundred and fifty and is not numbered.
5.Delivery
Parcels are sent to addresses in the United States with duties and taxes paid. A delivery date is an estimate and a carrier can move it; the month the house states is the month it works to. The day the parcel leaves, the house writes with the carrier and the tracking number.
6.Exchanging A Size
If the size is wrong, the house exchanges the piece for another size within 30 days of delivery and pays the carriage in both directions. The piece comes back unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with its tags and its number, and the replacement carries the number the old piece had. One exchange to a piece.
7.Cancelling, And Refunds
Until the run for your size is cast on, write to the house and the order is cancelled and the whole amount returned. Every refund goes back to the card that paid, within seven working days of the house agreeing it; your bank may take a few working days more to show it.
8.If A Piece Is Not As It Should Be
Write as soon as you see it and send a photograph. The house takes the piece back at its own cost and replaces it, and where it cannot replace it, returns the money. You are charged nothing for putting right the house's own error.
- A fault in the knitting, the linking or the zip.
- A piece that is not the one ordered.
- A size that is not the size ordered.
- A piece that does not answer to what this site says of it.
- A piece damaged on its way to you.
9.Care
Cold hand wash, dry flat. A piece put through a machine or a tumble dryer has not failed: it has been washed the wrong way, and that is not a fault of the knitting.
10.Payment
Payment is taken on this site by card, through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. Nothing is charged until you confirm the payment.
11.Complaints
Write to legal@casafrassino.com first: most things are settled that way. Nothing in these terms takes away a right the law of the country you live in gives you as a buyer.
12.Intellectual Property
The photographs, the texts, the wordmark and the ash leaf belong to the house. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking.
